Finelem Terms of Service

By using Finelem, you agree to these terms (collectively, “Terms”) provided to you for using Finelem (“Service”). Please read the Terms carefully, as they form your entire agreement with Pelaggo LLC (“Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”), who operates the Service.

Conditions of use

You agree that you are permitted to use the Service under applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, business or other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity, in which case that entity accepts these Terms, and "you" means that entity.

Intellectual property

You agree that all products, and services provided by the Service are the property of the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all  copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree  that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Company’s intellectual property in any way,  including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations without permission from the Company.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company and its affiliates and hold the Company harmless against legal claims  and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.  

Disclaimers of warranties and limitations on liability

You agree that your access to, and use of, the Service, the content and tools available through the Service is on an “as-is”, “as available” basis. We specifically disclaim any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation (a) any representations or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; (b) warranties against infringement of any third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights, (c) warranties relating to the transmission or delivery of a service, (d) warranties relating to the accuracy, reliability, correctness, timeliness or completeness of data made available on the Service or otherwise by us, including any advice, opinion, statement, or other material or database displayed, uploaded or distributed in the Service or available through the Service, and warranties otherwise relating to performance, nonperformance, or other acts or omissions by us or any third party. Further, there is no warranty that the Service will meet your needs or requirements or the needs or requirements of any other person. We do not give tax or investment advice or advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment. You should always seek the assistance of a professional for tax and investment advice. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied (a) that the information provided through the Service will be free from error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation, or from technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, (b) that the Service will be available at any particular time or location (c) that defects or errors in the Service will be corrected, or (d) that the content on the Service are free of viruses or other harmful components. Any information on the Service is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in the Service. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then the Company’s liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Change of Terms

The Company reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time.
